Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in recruiting top-tier talent and will have autonomy to execute on the company's talent strategy.

Requirements

  • BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring
  • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment
  • True Ownership: Accountability for outcomes, with a commitment to improving all aspects of the business
  • Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve creative and effective TA goals
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
