Job Description
Visionist is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their small, growing team in support of an upcoming contract award. The role involves recruiting skilled software engineers, data scientists, and analysts, and involves a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Obtain working knowledge of Visionist programs and their related opportunities
  • Gain knowledge of the Intel / DoD community’s recruiting and staffing processes
  • Perform full life cycle/end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, evaluating candidates, negotiating offers, and closing
  • Ensure candidate retention by maintaining contact through regular check-ins throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain an active role in obtaining referrals and re-engaging candidates when appropriate positions become available
  • Create your own networking community to develop strong connections with candidates and ultimately increase our presence in the local Intel Community
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to market Visionist to our target audience for digital and print materials
  • Coordinate recruiting-related events such as industry events, career fairs, networking events, and more
