Technical Recruiter

As the Technical Recruiter at Tive, you will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and optimize recruiting analytics. You will develop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles across highly competitive markets.

What You Will Do

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through close, including proactive outreach, candidate screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and acceptance. You will track recruiting metrics and use the data to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in high-growth startup or SaaS and hardware environments
• Proven track record of hiring high-caliber talent across multiple functions, regions, and seniority levels
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions with data
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple job requirements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with modern ATS platforms (Rippling preferred)
