LMArena is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale a world-class team. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, build repeatable recruiting practices, advance inclusive hiring, support employer brand efforts, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in deep-tech environments
  • Proven strength sourcing and closing passive candidates for high-bar roles
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear hiring plans, profiles, and processes
  • Experience collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders at pace
  • Expertise at hiring across a range of technical skill sets
  • Fluency with structured interviewing, competency rubrics, and recruiting analytics
