Requirements

  • Experience hiring engineering talent at technology companies
  • Track record of building new teams, new processes, or new ways of working
  • Reputation as a trusted talent partner, not a process follower
  • Strong self-direction and organization
  • Comfort using data to spot issues early, guide decisions, and communicate clearly
  • A positive, helpful presence for candidates, hiring managers, and teammates
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% for company offsites
