We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to drive growth, build relationships, and expand our market presence.
What You Will Do
Grow sales and hit targets by developing strong partnerships with contractors, distributors, specifiers, and key influencers. Promote innovation by introducing and demonstrating our latest tile and flooring solutions through jobsite visits, hands-on demos, and professional presentations.

Requirements
- Proven sales experience in construction materials, adhesives, flooring, or related industries
- Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of growing business
- Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products in both technical and hands-on settings
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and territory management skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Minimum 5 years outside sales experience with proven success
- Extensive experience with Tile and Stone Installation Systems including tiles adhesives, tiles grouts, thin-sets and subfloor preparation in commercial & residential applications
- Ability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package as well as Salesforce CRM
- Understanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements
- High level of personal motivation and strong business integrity
- Adaptability to relate to and interact with customers and business influencers
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
