Job Description
Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales Support Engineer to join their dedicated team at Cowan Supply in Norcross, GA. As a technical and applications subject matter expert, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive product support and ensure an exceptional customer service experience. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with mechanical contractors and manufacturer vendor partners, supporting sales efforts, and driving revenue growth across product lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field
  • 2 or more years of experience working as a mechanical contractor, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or in a similar position
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate and analyze data
  • Deep product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell
  • Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers
