Job Description
Join our team as a Technical Service Engineer, where hands-on troubleshooting meets embedded systems expertise. You’ll work with PCBs, sensors, controllers, and firmware to keep complex equipment performing at its best.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Technical degree or related field (or equivalent technical training/experience)
  • 3 years minimum related experience, including customer-facing and/or field service
  • Experience in field service, technical support, or a related role
  • Familiarity with Firmware/Assembly code or low-level programming for embedded systems
  • Familiarity with C/C++ or higher-level programming for embedded systems
  • Familiarity with rotating equipment (motors, drives, clutches, pumps, or similar)
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, PLCs, and industrial control hardware
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience reading and interpreting electrical/mechanical schematics
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and technical reporting
  • Ability to work independently in field environments with minimal supervision
  • Experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools
