Role OverviewThe Technical Service Manager Americas will execute the technical strategy to support the implementation of the growth plans and objectives of the Coatings business. They will serve as a technical expert in the defined application segment of coatings and provide direct technical support to customers and internal contacts.
What You Will Do
Provide direct technical support to customers, participate in new product development decisions, and serve as a technical and applications expert. Develop guidelines and formulations for target segments and applications, and maintain contact with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science based discipline
- Minimum five years’ experience in a coatings formulation role
- Proven ability to build and sustain good business relationships
- Technical background in polymer chemistry and/or coatings
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent MS Office software experience, CRM and planning tools
