Role OverviewGunnebo Entrance Control is looking for an experienced Technical Service manager to lead our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer service needs are executed smoothly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery. Lead and mentor the installation and service teams, ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources.
What You Will Do
Coordinate domestic and international shipping for products produced at our plant along with part orders. Create spare part quotes for customers. Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance visits along with reactive services. Manage filed technician schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams include sales, engineering, and customer support to streamline processes.
