Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial success of SURVENTIS automotive refinish products in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) market, with a strong focus on prospecting, developing, and converting new business opportunities.

You will identify prospective customers, assess their technical and operational needs, and use hands-on demonstrations, product trials, process development, and application expertise to clearly communicate the value of SURVENTIS solutions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience training or working hands-on with vehicle coatings materials.
- Ability to prospect for new business, build relationships with potential customers, and support a consultative technical sales process.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and production workflows, including the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools; experience documenting prospect and opportunity activity in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
