We are looking for a Technical Service Support to provide a unique customer experience for Lely robots, with a focus on the Feeding & Manure portfolio. As a technical expert, you will review and validate solutions, train field technicians, and ensure Lely products are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Completed technical education
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Experience in a service-oriented technical role
  • Familiarity with modern Tools&Apps for troubleshooting and reporting on Service
  • Knowledge in the agricultural sector (plus)
