Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership or supervisory role within the specialty chemicals or advanced materials industry
- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and complex projects
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong technical expertise in advanced materials, including epoxy and polymer chemistry
