Job Description
Our client is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to provide comprehensive services and support for their Corporate Business Units (CBUs) line of business applications, requiring technical expertise and business acumen.

Requirements

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Business Units and IT
  • Acknowledge, evaluate, and resolve service tickets within SLA agreements
  • Provide first-tier functional and technical support to end users
  • Support key applications while working with vendors and business stakeholders
  • Execute SQL scripts for data management and troubleshooting
  • Administer Windows servers and support on-premises Windows and Linux-based applications
  • Assist with cloud solutions maintenance and migrations
  • Analyze business processes and identify technology opportunities to reduce operational and licensing costs
  • Design and implement IT solutions to meet customer needs and business goals
  • Plan and develop technical projects with unique or complex requirements
  • Apply advanced analytical skills to decompose work into manageable value-based units
  • Identify interdependencies and functional gaps in business processes
  • Contribute to application QA testing process and support end users
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Support cutover planning and change management processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and SOX controls
