Job Description
The Technical Service Specialist provides excellent customer experience to external and internal customers, resolving technical issues and developing processes and procedures. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in sales and operations support, customer service, and technical environments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with physical security systems, telecom systems, networking or I/T in Field Service or Customer Support role
  • Strong computer skills or server skills
  • Low Voltage or Electrical Experience
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
