Role Overview

As a Technical Setup Specialist on BizzyCar's Implementation Team, you will be the driving force behind a customer's successful start with BizzyCar. You'll manage the technical setup process, including running customer Kickoff calls and handling the initial technical/integration configuration process for new customers.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary, initial point of contact during the implementation phase for new customers, facilitate the initial customer Kickoff call, connect each customer's DMS and Scheduler tool integrations, troubleshoot any initial scheduling errors, and maintain clear, proactive communication with new customers on timelines, deliverables, and next steps throughout the setup process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or an IT support role, preferably in a SaaS or automotive tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of software configuration, APIs, and integration workflows.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or automotive CRM platforms is a major plus.
  • Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple setup projects in parallel.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus.
