Role OverviewThe Technical Solutions Manager leads the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology solutions supporting Bridges capital program delivery and business operations. This position serves as the technical lead responsible for managing complex projects, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions, overseeing solution architecture, guiding software development, and advancing the organization's data and analytics capabilities.
What You Will Do
The incumbent will lead multiple complex technology initiatives from concept through implementation, develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk management strategies, and resource plans, and ensure projects adhere to organizational governance and SDLC methodologies.

Requirements
- PMP certification or Agile certification (PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, SQL Server, Snowflake, or similar cloud technologies
- Experience with enterprise architecture, systems integration, APIs, and data governance
- Experience managing technology consulting vendors and large-scale enterprise software projects
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, and two years of satisfactory full-time experience in database administration
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six years of satisfactory full-time information technology experience of which at least two years must have been database administration experience
- A satisfactory equivalent of education and/or experience equivalent to “1” or “2” above
