Job Description
Zip is looking for a Technical Sourcer to build the blocks of the company by identifying, engaging, and helping screen candidates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can learn and adapt quickly and remain focused on quality and results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering sourcing experience
  • Proven success sourcing for Engineering roles such as backend/frontend/fullstack engineering, Data Engineering, Security Engineering, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and AI Engineers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong experience working with ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred
