Job Description
Cape is looking for a Technical Sourcer to help identify, engage, and deliver strong technical talent into our pipeline. As the first Technical Sourcer at Cape, you'll be on the front lines of that effort, shaping our sourcing strategy and owning pipeline generation for high-priority technical roles.
