Role OverviewAs a Technical Sourcer, you will build and qualify pipelines for our hardest technical searches, working directly with the Talent team and hiring managers. You will own top-of-funnel for engineering and science searches end to end, including market mapping, channel development, outreach, and first qualification.

Your responsibilities will include mapping the market for research-engineer searches, developing personalized outreach campaigns, and building infrastructure that outlasts any one search.
