Role OverviewAs a Technical Sourcer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best and brightest minds across a range of disciplines. You will develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates at volume, partner with technical hiring managers, and collaborate with leadership to understand organizational needs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, partnering with technical hiring managers, and staying up-to-date on sourcing best practices. You will also have a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and a realistic assessment of its risks and limitations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience sourcing top technical talent, particularly for product engineering, infrastructure, and/or AL/ML teams. You will also need to have demonstrated success in filling engineering leadership and/or high-level technical IC positions.
