Job Description
ID.me is seeking a Technical Sourcing Lead to serve as a dedicated, deeply strategic sourcing partner within our modern technical recruiting function. This role will require being in the Mountain View, CA office 5 days per week. The Technical Sourcing Lead will be responsible for pushing the boundaries of how technical talent is identified, engaged, and nurtured, well beyond traditional outbound and pipeline building.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical sourcing experience in startup or high-growth environments hiring against a high technical bar
  • 1+ years experience with modern sourcing tools, platforms, and AI-enabled sourcing workflows
  • Strong understanding of sourcing for technical roles, skill sets, and career paths across multiple domains
