Role OverviewEgan Company is seeking a Technical Specialist to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting building owners, property, facility, and plant managers with preventative maintenance tasks. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What You Will Do
The Technical Specialist will perform and execute IR Scans, generate accurate IR Scan estimates and proposals, and present them to customers. They will also assist with scheduling electrical maintenance, coordinate with customers, and perform asset gathering duties.

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of electrical experience
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Thermography Level 2 Certification
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
