Job Description
Acuity is seeking a Technical Support Analyst Intern to install PC systems and peripherals, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user problems, and provide end user training and technical assistance.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree program with an emphasis in Computer Science or MIS with a high degree of achievement
  • Exposure and/or experience in computer software and hardware installation, Windows OS, and troubleshooting skills preferred
  • Reside within a 2-hour radius of the Acuity HQ
