Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist for a contract engagement. This role features a blend of in-person desk-side support and phone/help desk support in the DFW metro area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a dedicated technical support or system administration role.
  • Proven expertise with Windows OS, MS Office, and Active Directory.
  • Skilled in network troubleshooting, PC imaging/configuration, and validating system encryption.
  • Exceptional customer service, clear communication, and strong documentation habits.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle (for local equipment transport), and a smartphone for business communication.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, participate in an on-call rotation, and support occasional weekend needs.
  • Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening (excluding marijuana).
