Job Description
The Microsoft Customer Experience & Success organization is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the Security, Compliance, Identity and Management (SCIM) team. This role involves troubleshooting and solving complex customer technical issues, contributing to a seamless support experience. The team focuses on cybersecurity, identity and compliance management for a rapidly growing customer base, with a focus on hybrid and cloud solutions.
Requirements
3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience.
Experience in WSUS, SMS, SCCM 2007, 2012, and Microsoft Intune.
Operating Systems Concepts – Active Directory, Security, OS Internals
Networking concepts – DNS, protocols, Devices
IIS Concepts – Configuration, ISAPI, Architecture, SSL and Kerberos
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements
