Job Description
Microsoft is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues across a variety of Microsoft products and services. The role involves using Microsoft's AI technology to enhance customer experience and ensures a seamless support experience. This is a full-time onsite position within Microsoft's Customer Service & Support (CSS) team in the Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
Certifications in SQL, coding, development, or other related certifications
Fluency in English
Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
