Job Description
Microsoft is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues across a variety of Microsoft products and services. The role involves using Microsoft's AI technology to enhance customer experience and ensures a seamless support experience. This is a full-time onsite position within Microsoft's Customer Service & Support (CSS) team in the Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field
  • 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Certifications in SQL, coding, development, or other related certifications
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
