Job Description
High Tide Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their Nashville-based team. This role provides frontline, phone-based technical support to customers and distributors who are installing or troubleshooting field equipment. The ideal candidate has strong electrical fundamentals, good problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of electrical and electronic concepts, including voltage, current, and resistance
  • Ability to understand and interpret meter readings and basic electrical measurements
  • Comfortable with basic math, including binary and hexadecimal number conversions
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Customer-first attitude with a focus on problem-solving
  • Organized note-taking and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer issues simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn new systems and follow documented processes
  • PLC Programming experience a plus
