Role OverviewProvide desktop, printer, and peripheral support to UT Southwestern faculty and staff regarding personal computing hardware and software, computer networking, and/or telecommunications.
What You Will Do
Ensure the desktop environment complies with UT Southwestern Information Security requirements, diagnose and repair routine end user problems, perform preventative maintenance of end user devices, and lifecycle management of end user devices.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The candidate must be flexible to work outside of normally assigned shifts as needed, and have experience with Service Now.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years related experience
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
