This role is a Tier 2 Product Support Specialist focused on resolving complex technical issues for members. The position involves deep product knowledge, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration within MCA. The ideal candidate will be both a technically sound expert and a member-focused advocate for an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
Serve as a subject matter expert for Tier 2-level technical issues.
Troubleshoot bugs, data discrepancies, and app crashes.
Collaborate with the internal team to improve workflows and documentation.
