Role Overview

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist who genuinely enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to learn something new every single day. This is a remote position, but you must live near Atlanta, GA and be available to travel to client sites for projects, onsite support, installations, or other hands-on work.

What You Will Do

Solving technical problems for businesses, providing remote support to clients, working with Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and business applications, troubleshooting issues, and learning from experienced engineers.
