Technical Support Specialist responsible for administering VoIP phone system, providing employee support, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Administers VoIP phone system
  • Provides employee support via telephone, email, or other sources
  • Supports end-user hardware and software
  • Documents requests in IT ticketing system
  • Develops and maintains inventory of laptops and workstations
  • Assigns and maintains network IP addresses
  • Provides password resets and changes
  • Coordinates with bank personnel on Information Security and IT policies
  • Assists with network, servers, and server-based applications installation
