Requirements
1+ years of experience in a technical support role
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, DNS, JavaScript, or familiarity with Webflow
Ability to learn and adapt to evolving products
Understanding of web design tools (SaaS, technical services)
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
