Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, DNS, JavaScript, or familiarity with Webflow
  • Ability to learn and adapt to evolving products
  • Understanding of web design tools (SaaS, technical services)
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
