Job Description

The position is responsible for day-to-day operations, technical support, resources allocation, and assignment of various campus projects. The supervisor will lead a team of technical staff, provide guidance, performance evaluations, and professional growth. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in IT hardware and OS troubleshooting, networking, and imaging issues, with a strong and reliable work ethic.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 9 years in computer environment
  • 6 years experience providing technical computer support
  • Preferred ServiceNow experience
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree in related field of computer science or information technology
