Role OverviewRapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst SME to provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level.
What You Will Do
Conduct data research and analysis leveraging customer targeting tools to facilitate operations. Design and tailor products/deliverables based on needs and deadlines for both tactical and strategic requests.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience
- Min 12 years with BS/BA
- 11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation
- 7+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
- Experience leveraging targeting tools and databases to address technical gaps and challenges
- Significant experience developing requirements, actioning those requirements, and producing written results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
