Role OverviewThe Technical Trainer (Property Administration) is responsible for facilitating training courses to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of NYCHA employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality professional development opportunities that ensure employees can perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant standards.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and coordinating training programs, preparing evaluation reports, making recommendations on policies and procedures, and providing technical assistance and training to subordinate staff.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties described above
- High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to the duties as described above
- Education and/or experience which is equivalent to '1' or '2' above
