Technical Training Manager

Requirements

• Develop and execute a scalable technical training strategy
• Build and lead the technical training function
• Establish training KPIs and performance metrics
• Partner with service leadership, engineering, quality, and product management teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the training organization
• Coordinate all administrative functions
• Design and maintain technical training programs for products and systems
• Develop blended learning solutions
• Manage the ALM platform and work cross-functionally with the global training team
• Serve as a subject matter expert on fitness equipment systems and troubleshooting procedures
• Provide advanced technical guidance and support to field service teams
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify recurring service issues and develop targeted training solutions
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities
• Support root cause analysis and field performance improvement efforts
