Lead a team of technical trainers, manage training programs, implement standardized training processes, create performance metrics, establish communication channels, drive innovation, and support comprehensive learning material design.

Requirements
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in project, program, or product management with focus on technical education programs
- Experience in operations management
- 4+ years of leading training, technical instruction, or maintenance operations programs at a regional or multi-site level
- 4+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience
- Experience in curriculum development for international technical support organizations
