Job Description
Technical Training Specialist position at Barnes Aerospace to develop and roll-out the new Technical Training Program (TTP) to support departmental training efforts and program goals.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in technical writing, training, or manufacturing support role
Associate degree or coursework in Technical Writing, Adult Learning, Manufacturing, or related field; relevant experience acceptable in lieu
High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and training documentation systems
Ability to take technical information and translate it into clear written instructions
Travel requirements in local area of 30%
