Role OverviewJoin a team supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP’s) efforts to evaluate emerging technology to support mission needs. Cybermedia Technologies, LLC (CTEC) is recruiting professionals to support the CBP Innovation Team (INVNT). The program identifies, evaluates, adapts, demonstrates, deploys, and transitions innovative commercial and emerging technologies that strengthen homeland security operations and help front-line personnel work more safely and effectively.
What You Will Do
Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including executive briefings and briefing materials, strategic planning documents, requirements documentation, capability demonstration plans, performance metrics and reports supporting commercial innovation technologies. Provide executive-level administrative support to leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), one of its Component agencies, or an organization of similar size and complexity.
- Experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration, calendar management, meetings, and document sharing.
- Experience coordinating executive calendars, schedules, meetings, travel, and special events.
- Experience producing high-quality technical writing, executive briefings, reports, strategic planning documentation, and requirements documentation.
- Experience developing organizational metrics, dashboards, trackers, standardized documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting FOIA requests, including document preparation, editing, redaction, review coordination, and submission.
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
