Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Writer I to create user documentation for KeyStone, including how-to-guides, instruction manuals, charts, graphs, and forms. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to determine subject material and provide accurate information. The role involves utilizing software and tools, including Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office.

What You Will Do

The Technical Writer I will create user documentation, maintain records, provide input for the documentation roadmap, and update and edit previously documented material. They will also develop and maintain knowledge of the KeyStone system, test new software, and make recommendations for improvement.
