Job Description

As a Technical Writer, you will create user manuals, guides, and technical documentation for various projects. The position requires 6+ years of technical writing experience or 10 years of experience with a High School degree.

Requirements

  • Develop user manuals, guides, FAQs, tutorials, and other documentation
  • Create and maintain system diagrams, network data flows, power distribution charts, process flowcharts, rack elevations, and floor plans
  • Converting documents to PDF, uploading them into Confluence, and creating and maintaining organizational and project documentation
  • Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including those related to software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation
  • Write and edit technical documentation encompassing hardware and software aspects of the project
