Requirements

  • Proven ability to translate complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, SOC operations, incident response processes, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience creating and maintaining Knowledge Base (KB) articles in ServiceNow, including workflow approvals and document governance
