Requirements

  • Produce high-quality technical documentation for engineering, platform, and API teams
  • Develop and manage operational runbooks, technical guides, and knowledge transfer materials
  • Support RMF/ATO documentation requirements for system accreditation and compliance
  • Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to translate complex technical processes into clear, concise, and compliant content
  • Manage knowledge transfer activities to ensure effective long-term sustainment
