Role OverviewEquifax is seeking a Technical Writer to join a team focused on producing high-quality technical documents for external customers and/or internal employees. You will work with cutting edge tools to create written or visual product/process documentation, technical documentation and illustrations, user manuals, and/or training and demo materials. This role involves collaborating with multiple resources across a broad technical and business portfolio to create content using a modern approach: collaborative tools, real-time crowdsourcing, topic reuse, automated publication and continuous delivery.
What You Will Do
You will produce effective user documentation based on audience analysis, coordinate with design and branding teams to ensure compliance with content, format, and brand standards, and work closely with software development teams to ensure technical accuracy. You will manage single-source and reusable content, administer conditional content for differentiated global audiences, and ensure all publications are authored in accordance with Equifax and industry best practices.
