Job Description
We are seeking two highly motivated summer interns to support a critical operational excellence initiative within our manufacturing organization. This role involves reviewing and analyzing existing manufacturing Operation Instructions and specifications, and simplifying them to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.
Requirements
Completion of Junior year+ of bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Operations Management, Technical Communication, Data/Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline
Strong ability to read, interpret, and simplify technical content
High attention to detail and respect for process discipline
Comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment
Strong written communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
