Job Description
Technician position at MacAllister Rentals, performing mechanical services on equipment, diagnosing and repairing equipment, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding professionalism.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent with technical background or additional training preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience with heavy equipment, preferably with a rental company or Caterpillar
  • Good decision-making and creative thinking skills
  • Good problem solving, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Moderate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
  • Good customer service skills and ability to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
  • Valid driver's license due to traveling obligations
  • May be required to obtain a CDL
