Job Description
Triumph is seeking a Technician, Assembly Test 2 to assemble and finish production components to specifications, perform functional tests, and recognize and report defective parts. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, general mechanical knowledge, and 2 years of assembly experience. They will work in a fast-paced environment with state-of-the-art equipment and have opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

  • Assemble various critical tolerance hydraulic assembly components while following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
  • Finish applications such as lockwire, sealant, and paint touch-up
  • Calibrate pressure gauges and transducers per Acceptance Test Procedure requirements
  • Understand and complete acceptance test procedures with little to no supervision
  • Meet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedule and procedures
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures
  • Contribute to team effort by maintaining a positive attitude
  • Continuously strive to find ways to make the manufacturing process more efficient and effective
