Role OverviewMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment on commercial office buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, data centers, and critical cooling facilities. Technician II is a proficient mid-level technician that brings the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair large tonnage package units, built up DX split systems, SCUDS, air- and water-cooled chillers, pumps and cooling towers.
What You Will Do
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various HVAC systems, including package units, WSHP, VAV, and FPB, boilers, pumps, built up DX systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, SCUDS, cooling towers, and variable frequency drives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, an associate's degree, or equivalent experience and training, and will be able to work safely following industry standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Associate's degree, or equivalent experience and training
- Valid Driver's License
- Current EPA Universal
- Texas ACR Registered
- Current Texas TDLR Registration
