Requirements
- Maintain a high standard of quality workmanship
- Keep work area clean
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness, grooming, and uniform appearance
- Maintain an acceptable level of self-study training as determined by management
- Flag flat rate that is true and accurate
- Arrive at work, take breaks and lunch, and depart work at the times designated by management
- Inform management of any situation or event that would interfere with established objectives, standards, or company policy
- Inspecting machinery, running diagnostic tests, and dismantling components to pinpoint the root cause of malfunctions
